FIT FOR PURPOSE ASSESSMENT TRAINING

“Importance of risk analysis in determining vessel suitability for a particular role or job”

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

The goal of this one-day, interactive training is creating awareness of the importance of a Fit for Purpose assessment when converting vessels to operate in a different offshore or maritime environment than originally intended. By understanding how to perform a Fit for Purpose assessment and implement the correct actions, significant savings can be made in avoidable downtime and (de)mobilisation, of up to hundred thousands of Euros.

  • Lunch
  • Basic Fit for Purpose assessment on a vessel
  • Evaluation
  • Closing words and drink

TRAINING OUTCOME

The interactive training will provide participants with practical tools to perform a Fit for Purpose assessment and identify the required follow up actions.
